E-Invoice Check is a technical validation tool that checks invoice files (PDF, XML) against the EN 16931 standard and related profiles (Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung). We verify the presence of mandatory fields, check arithmetic, and validate format compliance.

3. Not Legal or Tax Advice

Disclaimer: E-Invoice Check does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. The validation reports are technical checks only. For tax or legal questions, consult a qualified professional or your local tax authority.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Upload only invoices you have the right to process
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to circumvent security or system limitations
  • Not automate or scrape the service without written permission

5. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for business interruption, lost profits, or data loss
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or €0 for free tier users)

6. Data & Privacy

Your invoice files are processed in the European Union and automatically deleted after 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal or harmful content
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attack, spam, or attempt to disrupt the service
  • Reverse-engineer or extract service intellectual property

8. Paid Plans

Refunds: Refunds are issued only if required by law. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
