4. Data Retention
Invoice files: Processed using temporary storage and deleted immediately after validation or conversion. No raw invoice copy is retained.
Validation report metadata: The filename, validation status, and technical findings may be retained to provide report and account history.
Waitlist signups: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and 30 days after deletion.
